Welcome to Bugaboo Pest Control. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Service Agreement

All pest control services provided by Bugaboo Pest Control are subject to an inspection of the premises and a service agreement outlining the scope of work, pricing, and schedule. Services are performed in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations governing pest management in Forest Hills, NY.

Service Guarantee

Bugaboo Pest Control offers a 3-month guarantee on qualifying services. If pests covered under your service agreement return within the guarantee period, we will re-treat at no additional cost. The guarantee applies only to the specific pests and areas outlined in the original service agreement.

Scheduling & Access

The customer agrees to provide reasonable access to the property for scheduled treatments. If a technician is unable to access the property at the scheduled time, a rescheduling fee may apply. Same-day service is subject to availability.

Preparation Requirements

Certain treatments may require the customer to prepare the premises in advance (e.g., clearing areas, covering food items, securing pets). Bugaboo Pest Control will provide preparation instructions prior to treatment. Failure to adequately prepare may affect treatment efficacy and may void the service guarantee.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Bugaboo Pest Control accepts major credit cards, checks, and cash. Accounts past due by more than 30 days may be subject to a late fee and/or suspension of services.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel a scheduled service with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee. Recurring service agreements may be canceled with 30 days' written notice.

Limitation of Liability

Bugaboo Pest Control shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to property or conditions beyond our control.
